| 摘 要： | 介绍了无缝隙政府理论的主要内容,提出无缝隙的理论应用于我国政府改革中需注意的问题,认为结合我国的实际情况汲取无缝隙政府理论的精华对我国政府进行改革无疑是一种上佳选择,介绍了我国政府也探索出的几种颇为有效的无缝隙模式。

| Abstract: | The theory of seamless government is introduced.The problems that should be noticed in the application of seamless government theory in our government are put forward.Considers that the best choice of carrying on reform to our government is to take the essence of seamless government theory combining actual circumstance in our country.Several kinds of seamless mode quested by our government are introduced,which are effective to some extent. |
