The Reasons for Transnational Corporations to Actualize the Intellectual Property Rights Strategy--From a New Theorectical Angle

As a competition strategy of transnational enterprises, the intellectual property rights strategy becomes more and more important. There are inner and external reasons for the enterprises to actualize the strategy. This article attempts to analyze the intrinsic reason of implementing the strategy from the angle of the inner links of intellectual property rights strategy and other function strategies; and its external reason from the angle of the change of international economy and the trade environment, and the influence of technology advancement.
