气—固多孔挡板流化床级间固体返混的研究

摘    要:在内径120mm的多孔挡板流化床中,用空气流化Al(OH)_3颗粒,采用热示踪技术及联机检测手段,广泛研究了级间固体返混速率与操作变量、床结构参数的关系。结果表明,影响级间固体返混速率的主要因素是气速、挡板开孔率和板间距,固体净流率和挡板孔径的影响不明显。基于颗粒夹带理论建立了描述级间固体返混的数学模型,模型计算值与实验结果基本一致。

Abstract:The solids backmixing rate between stages of air-Al(OH)_3 powder system has been studied by means of thermal trace technique and computer test in a 120mm-diameter fluidized bed with perforated baffles. It is found that the solids backmixing rate between stages is mostly influenced by gas velocity, baffle free area and baffle spacing, but it hardly influenced by solids feed rate and the diameter of the holes in the perforated baffle. A mathematical model based on the theory of particle entrainment is proposed to describe the solids backmixing between stages. The calculating results by the model is almost agreeable with the experimental results.
