寄生荔枝蝽卵的两种平腹小蜂Anastatus spp.的生物学比较研究

摘    要:以柞蚕剖腹卵为寄主材料,在温度25±1℃,相对湿度70—85%,光照为14L:10D条件下,对寄生荔枝蝽卵的日本平腹小蜂(Anastatus janponicus Ashmead)和黄褐平腹小蜂(A.sP.)的若干生物学特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,两种平腹小蜂的成蜂寿命和生殖力差异极显著。在室内自然变温条件下,测得日本平腹小蜂的发育起点温度11.9℃,有效积温314.9日度;黄褐平腹小蜂的发育起点温度17.3℃。有效积温259.0日度。

Abstract:Under the condition of 25? , 70 ?5%R. H. and 14L:10D, comparative stud-ies on the biology of Anustatus janponicus Ashmead and Anastatus sp. were held. The result shows that there are outstanding differences on adult wasp life pan and reproductive capability between this two Anastatus wasps. Undert indoor natural conditions, it was determined that the threshold for development of Anastatus japoinicus Ashmead was 11. 9(?)C the effective thermal constent was 314. 9 day egree; Anastatus sp. was 17. 3(?)Cand 259. 0 day-egree
