混凝土孔径分布与强度关系的灰色系统研究

摘    要:采用压汞仪测定不同水灰比下混凝土的孔径分布;以灰色系统理论研究不同孔径范围对混凝土强度的影响.结果表明,不同的孔径范围对混凝土强度的影响是不同的,养护龄期为7 d和28 d的混凝土的抗压和抗拉强度与孔径范围为10~20 nm的关联度最大,91 d时与>400 nm的孔径关联度最大.随着龄期的增长,孔径为50 nm以下孔的关联度不断减小,50 nm以上孔的关联度不断增大.在此基础上建立了混凝土28 d强度与孔径的灰色模型GM(1,4).

Abstract:The relationship between the pore size distribution of concrete and compressive/tensile strength was studied with gray system theory.Pore size distribution of concrete is measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry.The results show that the pore size range of 10~20 nm has a maximum effect and a great contribution on the strength of concrete with 7 d and 28 d,but for 91 d,50~400 nm of concrete has the biggest grey connection degree to compressive and tensile strength. As curing ages increase,grey connection degrees of pore size range smaller than 50 nm decrease while bigger than 50nm increase.The grey model of GM(1,4) between the pore size distribution of concrete and strength was established.
