科技促进河北省文化产业发展研究

科技知识和信息是文化产业的重要资源。目前,世界上西方发达国家像美国、英国、法国、日本、加拿大等国的文化产业巳经成为国民经济发展中的重要组成部分,但是河北省的文化产业因为多种原因,特别是科技力量和高科技人才的投入不足,致使文化产业发展滞后。因此,发展河北文化产业,我们需要借鉴西方发达国家的一些经验和做法,明确主攻方向,加大科技投入力度,抓住发展重点,引进高科技人才,真正实现用科技促进文化产业的结构升级和产品更新换代。

Promoting Development of Cultural Industry in Hebei Province through Science and Technology

Scientific knowledge and information is the vital resources of cultural industry. At present, while in such western developed countries as United States, Britain, France, Japan and Canada, cultural industry has constituted the key component of the development of national economy, the cultural industry in Hebei Province has lagged behind. There are various reasons for this problem and the most distinctive one is the insufficient investment in terms of scientific undertaking and intellectuals. So in developing the cultural industry in this province, we shall, by referring to the experiences and practices in western developed countries, define the leading development direction, intensify scientific investment, grasp the key development points, and introduce high technology intellectuals so as to promote the structural upgradation and product renewail in cultural industry through science and technology.
