| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了我国首创的数控抽油机．经过对现场的诊断测试的结果进行了数据处理，得出了数控抽油机井悬点速度与时间关系曲线和电机扭矩与转速关系曲线．前者证明符合预设的数控抽油机运动规律；后者也与变频调速器的说明书大体一致．本文利用其运动规律对多级杆柱进行了优化设计．

| Abstract: | he initially developed N. C' pumping unit by our country is introduced briefly in this paper. Thecurve of time versus the velocity of suspended joint of the well and that of motor torque versus motor revolutionare obtained through processing the data obtained from oil-field diagnotic testing. The former proves to be coincident with the expected movement law of N. C' pumping unit;the latter coincides approximately with the instructions of the inverter. The optimum design of the taper rod string was realized by using the movement lawof N. C'pumping unit. |
