Problem of Fiscal Output Structure in China and the Reforming Orientation

A research is made on the present situation and trend of fiscal output structure in China. It finds that outputs on infrastructure, research and science, education, and agriculture, which play important roles in economic growth, are seriously insufficient. At the same time, outputs on the latter three items referred keep descending in recent years while administration expense is expanding quickly. Finally it gives some suggestions on reform in the future.
