丙纶表面氧化改性的研究

摘    要:对丙纶经浓硫酸和重铬酸钾溶液氧化处理后的表面性能,如比表面、回潮率、比重、强度损失和粘合性等进行初步研究。通过实验表明,浓硫酸和重铬酸钾溶液有刻蚀扩孔的作用,并能引进如羧基和羟基等亲水性基团。适当地控制氧化时间及氧化剂的腐蚀能力,有可能在丙纶强度损失较小的情况下,使其具有一定的表面活性,其界面粘合效果也能提高,有利于制造丙纶复合材料。

Abstract:The surface properties of polypropylene fabrics trcated with concentrated sulphuric acid and potassium dichromate solution, such as specific surface, moisture regain, specific gravity, strength loss and adhesion were investigated preliminarily. Experimental results show that the concentrated sulphuric acid and potassium dichromatene solution have reaming and etching actions on polypropylene fabrics and can bring hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl group and hydroxyl group into the polypropylene fabrics, If oxidation time and corrosiveness of oxidation agent are controlled suitably, the product can be made to possess a certain surface properties, at the expense of a less strength loss. Its surface adhesion effect may also be increased, which is beneficial to the preparation of polypropylene composite material.
