摘    要:通过选择不同的W O型微乳液及适宜的反应条件 ,制备出不同大小的金属氧化物ZnO、CuO超微粒子 .利用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、红外光谱 (IR)及电导率对其性质进行了表征和比较 .

Abstract:Ultrafine particles of metal oxide ZnO and CuO of the different diameter were synthesized by choosing various W O microemulsion systems and changing their reaction conditions.Their characterization and comparison were also studied by TEM,XRD,IR and conductivity.
