不同食性鱼的血红蛋白及其测定方法的比较研究

摘    要:测定4种不同食性鱼(异育银鲫、白鲢、鳊鱼、乌鳢)的肠体比,并用XK-2型血红蛋白仪法、分光光度计法和比色法3种方法测定其血红蛋白,同时比较3种不同测定方法之间的差异。试验结果表明:肠体比大小:滤食性鱼(白鲢)〉草食性鱼(鳊鱼)〉杂食性鱼(异育银鲫)〉肉食性鱼(乌鳢);在3种测定方法中,比色法测定的值最低且粗糙,而XK-2型血红蛋白仪法和Unico 7202B型分光光度计法测定的血红蛋白值差异不显著,但因前者方便、实用,因此以XK-2型血红蛋白仪法为佳;不同食性鱼的血红蛋白大小:肉食性鱼(乌鳢)〉杂食性鱼(异育银鲫)〉滤食性鱼(白鲢))草食性鱼(鳊鱼)。

Abstract:The ratio of their intestine length to the body length was measured,the content of hemoglobin was measured by themethod of XK-2 hemoglobin instrument,Spectrophotometer method and colorimetry in the fish with four different feeding habits(Allogyno gentic crucian;hypophthalmichthys molitrix;Parabramis pekinensis;Ophicephalus argus cantor),and their methodswere compared.The results showed that the ratio of their intestine length to body length is the sieve fish(hypophthalmichthysmolitrix) >the herbivorous fish(parabramis pekinensis) >the miscellaneous food fish(Allogyno gentic crucian) >the carnas-sial fish(ophicephalus argus cantor).And the content of hemoglobin of the XK-2 hemoglobin instrument and that of Spectro-photometer were no different but higher than that of the colorimetry,and tne method of the XK-2 hemoglobin instrument werebetter than the other method.And the content of hemoglobin is the carnassialfish(ophicephalus argus cantor) >the miscellane-ous food fish(Allogyno gentic crucian) >the sieve fish(hypophthalmichthys molitrix) >the herbivorous fish(parabramis pe-kinensis)
