| 摘 要： | 针对大运算量的传统物料需求计划算法不能够清晰地反映不同品种或型号间产品的需求信息的不足 ,提出了BOM中心算法 .该算法从整体性和系统性出发 ,运用面向对象设计思想以及虚拟提前期和虚拟结构数量的概念 ,运算层次清晰、运算速度快 ,比传统物料需求计划具有更强的可靠性和实用性

| Abstract: | The new arithmetic of MRP, centered on BOM, is given. The idea of object oriented is adopted in this new arithmetic with clearer structure, faster operation speed, and good reliability. The arithmetic can show the detail information between various styles of parts or products and it is more practicable and more adaptable. |
