摘    要:介绍了基于智能功率模块的电机伺服驱动器的设计、工作原理、硬件结构及脉宽调制(PWM)伺服放大器的设计方法,并将此驱动器应用于多种运行情况下的实验,同时对所提出的新型控制算法——自抗扰控制(ADRC)进行了实验验证.结果表明:该伺服驱动器性能优良,工作可靠,结构简单,能满足电机控制系统快速性的要求;所提出的自抗扰控制算法的抗干扰性和鲁棒性都优于经典的PID控制.

Abstract:The design of the motor servo driver based on Intelligent Power Module (IPM) was introduced in this paper; its working principle, hardware frame and the design of the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) servo amplifier were clearly presented. The proposed servo driver was then applied in different operation conditions and the newly proposed controlling algorithm, namely, ADRC (Auto Disturbance Rejection Controller), was verified by experiments. The results prove that the designed se rvo driver is of good performance, high reliability and simple hardware frame, a nd can meet the high-speed requirement of motor control systems. It is also con cluded that ADRC has better disturbance rejection ability and robustness than th e traditional PID controller.
