摘    要:由于LabVIEW数据采集系统成本较高,所以研究其可行的代替系统,并介绍利用虚拟仪器实现的数据采集、显示、记录的应用技术.研究以PLC为数据采集的硬件接口,LabVIEW为数据显示与记录的软件载体的数据采集系统.PLC接收模拟信号并将其转化为数字信号,LabVIEW负责虚拟仪器的软件实现,两者之间的通讯由OPC(object linking and embedding for process control)完成.PLC和labVIEW的配合应用可以很好地降低专用数据采集接口设备的费用,同时降低了模拟信号长距离传输中造成的信号失真.

Abstract:In order to reduce the higher cost of LabVIEW data acquisition system,a feasible substitute system is researched,in which virtual instrument is used to implement data acquisition,display and record.The data acquisition system consists of PLC hardware interface for data collection and LabVIEW software for data display and record.PLC receives analog signals and converts them into digital signals,and LabVIEW realizes virtual instrument,between PLC and LabVIEW the communication is completed by OPC(object linking and embedding for process control).Synergic application of PLC and LabVIEW could significantly reduce costs of special data collection interface equipment,and reduce distortion of the analog signals in the long distance transmission.
