金银花糖浆质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立金银花糖浆中山银花药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对金银花糖浆中的绿原酸进行定性控制。结果:该方法能有效检出金银花糖浆中含有的绿原酸。结论:新修订的薄层鉴别方法专属性、耐用性及重现性良好,能有效控制金银花糖浆的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a TLC identification method of wild Shanyinhua in Jinyinhua syrup.Methods:TLC was used to qualitatively identify the chlorogenic acid in Jinyinhua syrup.Results:This method was an effective determination method for the chlorogenic acid in Jinyinhua syrup.Conclusion:The newly revised TLC had good specialization,durability and reproducibility.It could control the quality of Jinyinhua syrup.
