摘    要:针对木材含水率检测线中的测量微电容的方法繁琐且精度不高的问题,从硬件、软件两方面着手,对其进行设计.硬件的核心部分是电容数字转换芯片AD7746,AD7746利用I2C串口协议和作为下位机的微控制器通信,上位机中的Matlab软件利用串口设备对象和下位机通信,构成一个在线实时高精度的微电容检测系统.该系统应用于木材含水率检测线中,能够精确测量单一平面电容传感器的微电容状态,极大地提高了木制品的质量.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the method of measuring micro-capacitance was complex and the precision was not high in wood moisture measurement line,the micro-capacitance measuring system was designed from two aspects of hardware and software.The core of the hardware part was the capacitance-to-digital converter AD7746,which used the inter-integrated circuit serial bus to communicate with microcontrollers,and Matlab in upper computer used the serial device object to communicate with microcontrollers.They make up the micro-capacitance measuring system for real-time monitoring and with high precision.The system measures tiny capacitance of an uniplanar capacitance sensor precisely and improves the quality of the wood product greatly.
