摘    要:针对数字图像渐进传输过程中集合分裂嵌入块(SPECK)编码算法需要动态分配存储资源、占用存储资源多完成小波系数编码与解码的耗时长等问题,提出了一种无系数表的SPECK编码改进算法.该算法无需动态建立传统SPECK算法中的重要系数列表与非重要系数列表,利用图像小波系数与阈值的比较和细化过程完成图像的编码.仿真结果表明,所提出的SPECK编码算法在牺牲一定峰值信噪比的条件下减小SPECK算法的编码复杂度,显著减少SPECK算法编码与解码算法的执行时间.

Abstract:In order to solve the large storage resources and time-consuming problems during the coding and decoding of the wavelet coefficients in conventional set partitioning embedded block(SPECK) coding algorithm,an improved listless SPECK coding algorithm is proposed in this paper.This algorithm can implement the image coding through the comparison and refinement of wavelet coefficients and the corresponding threshold,without establishment of the dynamic list of significant pixels and list of insignificant sets,which is necessary in conventional SPECK coding algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed SPECK coding algorithm can reduce the coding complexity with certain sacrifice of peak to average signal to noise ratio,and it can significantly reduce the consumed time in accomplishing the coding and decoding of SPECK algorithm.
