| 摘 要： | 本文针对突出煤层打钻过程中易造成喷孔引起的瓦斯、粉尘超限这一问题,结合十二矿的实际情况,通过对钻孔施工工艺的改进,自制了钻孔施工防喷装置,基本杜绝了在施工上向穿层钻孔过程中的喷孔引起的回风流瓦斯超限问题,同时,提高了降尘率,改善了工人的工作环境。

| Abstract: | Drilling process on the outburst coal seam could easily lead to the nozzle blowout which could cause gas and dust overrun.With the drilling construction process improved,the application of drilling construction blowout preventer successfully controlled the gas overrun,and increased the dust control effect. |
