摘    要:针对履带式自行火炮的履带板在使用过程中容易出现局部应力集中而发生损伤破坏,建立了一套随机载荷作用下履带板疲劳寿命计算的CAE仿真方法。基于自行火炮虚拟样机的动力学仿真系统,得到履带板在各种工况下行进时的随机载荷谱。利用CAE仿真分析软件Marc对其进行了模拟分析,采用名义应力法并结合修正Miner理论计算其疲劳寿命。

Abstract:The creeper of self-propelled gun (SPG) is research object. It is easy to be damnified because of stress concentration. A new CAE simulative method about fatigue analysis of the creeper has been established. By the self-propelled gun virtual prototype system, the various types of standard road of plate are obtained,used CAE simulation analysis software Marc to do numerical analysis,and obtained the fatigue life according to nominal stress method and MTPMiner rule.
