| 摘 要： | 大黄素是中药大黄的主要有效单体,具有利尿、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,在临床上具有较好的应用价值.本文对大黄素药理作用文献进行综述,希望能为其实际应用和深入研究提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Emodin is the main effective monomer of Rhubarb,which has a variety of pharmacological actions and valuable clinical applications.Emodin posses diuretic and anti-inflammation effects as well as antibiotic anti-viral anti-neoplastic and anti-tumor activity.In this paper,the progress on the pharmacological actions of emodin in the past years is summarized,we hope to provide theoretical basis for the practical application and further research. |
