Hg2+对青海湖裸鲤肾脏组织的细胞毒性研究

摘    要:为了解重金属Hg2+对青海湖裸鲤肾脏组织的细胞毒性;以含有Hg2+的浓度为0.0025、0.005、0.01、0.02mg/L的培养液培养裸鲤肾脏组织细胞;结果表明,0.005mg/L的Hg2+浓度为裸鲤肾脏细胞毒性死亡的临界浓度,且裸鲤肾脏细胞的死亡率随Hg2+的浓度的增加而增大,当培养基的Hg2+浓度达到0.02mg/L时细胞全部死亡.

Abstract:In order to understand the cytotoxicity of the heavy metals Hg2 + on the naked carp's kidney tissue in Qinghai Lake;With the culture mediums contained the concentration of Hg2 + 0.0025,0.005,0.01,0.02mg/L to cultivate the naked carp's kidney tissue;The results show that,the 0.005mg/L concentration of Hg2 + is the critical concentration of the naked carp kidney cell death,and the naked carp kidney cells with the mortality rate of Hg2 + concentration increases,when the medium of the Hg2 + concentration reach ...
