| 摘 要： | 设计了一个基于VB6.0的过程控制实验系统.系统的下位机采用Siemens S7-200 PLC,实现控制算法,完成数据的存储、分析和处理;上位机通过VB编程,提供了一个良好的人机交互界面;在工控机上选择一个PCI槽,插入CP5611通讯卡片,用专用通信线连接CP5611通讯卡和CPU313C-2DP,实现上位机和下位机之间的通信;最后给出了控制系统实验结果,表明了设计的控制系统可行性.

| Abstract: | An experimental system for process control based on VB6.0 is designed.Slave computer is the Siemens S7-200 PLC,which is used for controlling arithmetic realization;fulfilling data storage,analysis,and data handling.Host computer（PC） provides a good operating interface for users by VB program.And the communication between Host computer and Slave computer is achieved by selecting a PCI slot and inserting a CP5611 in PC,and connecting CP5611 with CPU313C-2DP with special communication cable.Experimental results of process control is given,and shows the feasibility of system designed. |
