历城区农村居民点用地动态演变研究

以历城区为例，研究农村居民点用地变化特征．研究结果表明，历城区农村居民点用地总量及人均用地过大，用地粗放，变化强度具有空间差异性；交通干线及地形因素对农村居民点分布变化有重要影响，农村居民点呈现出向临近公路区域聚集的趋势，高海拔与高坡度地区农村居民点密度较大，分布零散，空间分布不合理．通过以上研究对揭示历城区农村居民点用地存在的问题，优化农村居民点布局，统筹城乡发展具有重要的现实意义．

RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMIC PROCESS OF RURAL SETTLEMENT AREA IN LICHENG DISTRICT OF JINAN

This article took Licheng district in Jinan as an example, studying the characteristics of rural residential land- use change. The results indicated that both the total amount and per capita of rural settlement area are too large and its use is too extensively. There are spatial differences on land use intensity, and traffic trunk road and topographic factors have played very important roles on the changes of rural settlements distribution and rural settlements gradually gathered to near - road areas. In high altitude and high - slope areas, the density of rural settlements is relatively high, and the spatial distribution of the rural residential areas is scattered and unreasonable. Through relevant research, it can reveal the problems in the process of rural settlements land use, and it has important practical significance in optimizing the distribution of rural settlement area and balancing urban and rural development.
