摘    要:将被动调Q激光器晶体中由于粒子的碰撞产生的热效应视作一种热致损耗,并对速率方程进行了适当修改,引入了碰撞损耗因子,并以Nd:YAG/Cr:YAG为例,将碰撞效应对脉冲输出参数的影响进行了数值分析和实验对比.通过数值模拟得出:由于碰撞效应对晶体不同部分的影响不同,导致各部分脉冲建立时间不同,因此脉冲宽度比实际值偏小,低抽运功率对脉冲的能量和峰值功率影响较大,当脉冲功率增加时,相应的影响则会减弱.

Abstract:Regarding collision effect as a kind of heat cause loss in crystal of passively Q switched laser, we make an appropriate modification of the rate equation, and a numerical analysis of the collision effect on pulse output parameter with the example of Nd:YAG/Cr:YAG. By making a numerical calculation, a conclusion can be made that the actual pulse duration is wider than the experimental data because the collision effect has different impact on the different part of the laser crystal, and the effect on peak power and pulse energy reduces with the growth of pump power.
