摘    要:研究了修理工带有单重休假且延迟修理的单部件可修系统.为了延长系统的使用寿命,在系统故障前考虑了预防维修.假定预防维修能够"修复如新",而故障维修为"修复非新",且系统每次故障以概率1-p延迟修理时,以系统的故障次数N为更换策略.通过更新过程和几何过程理论,得出系统经长期运行单位时间内期望费用的明显表达式,并对预防维修的定长间隔时间T及更换策略N进行了讨论.最后,通过数值算例验证存在唯一的N*,使得目标函数取得最优值.

Abstract:A repairable system consisting of one component with single repairman vacation and delayed repair was studied.In order to prolong the working time of the system,a preventive repair before the system failure was considered.It was assumed that the preventive repair could be "as good as new",while a repair after the system failure would be "not as good as new",and a repair could be delayed with a probability of 1-p.Under these assumptions,the replacement policy N based on the number of system failure was considered by using renew process theory and geometric process theory.The explicit expressions of the long-run expected cost per unit time were derived,and some problems for the length of fixed time N of the preventive repair and the replacement policy N of the system were discussed.A numerical example was given to illustrate that the objective function obtained the optimal value for a unique N*.
