摘    要:本文将脚癣药水中的苯甲酸、水杨酸衍生为苯甲酸乙酯和水杨酸乙酯。以正十二烷为内标物,采用气相色谱法测定了苯甲酸和水杨酸含量。通过实验,选择了最佳的乙酵、硫酸用量、色谱柱及分离条件。实验数据证实了该方法测定结果是可靠的。

Abstract:Deriving ethyl benzoicate and ethyl saliylicate from benzoic acid and salicylic acid in tinea pedis and taking n-dodecane as internal standard. benzoic acid and salicylic acid are determinated by GC. The best volumes of ethanol and sulphuric acid. The best separation and condition are getted by experiment. The date proves that the method is accuracy rapid and simple. with good reproducibility and recovery.
