| Abstract: | This paper expounds the significance and features of the networking of periodical resources; in the light of the new requirements of the readers for periodical resources under the network environment, advances the targets of and concrete measures for co-building and sharing the information resources of network periodicals including to establish the scientific and rational literature protection system, to speed the pace of national joint cataloging, and to co-build and share the database resources, etc. |
