关键期假说不同见解概要

摘    要:年龄问题是影响第二外语学习的重要因素。人们普遍认为儿童在第二外语习得方面要比成人容易,且快得多。关于儿童比成人语言习得快而且成功的重要论断是临界期假说(Critical Period Hypothesis),是Lenneberg1]在1967年提出的。此论断一经提出,语言学界纷纷发表对此论断的看法。有些学者支持在语言学习中存在临界期,另一些学者提出了不同看法。对此,笔者简要梳理一下对此论断的不同看法及中国学者在此问题上的最新研究。

Abstract:The age factor has a great effect on second language acquisition.It is generally believed that children are much easier and faster than adults in second language acquisition, about which is based on a famous hypothesis---the Critical Period Hypothesis introduced by Lenneberg in 1967.Since then, linguists and scholars carried out their different comments on the Crtical Period Hypothesis.Some of them supported that there was a critical period in second language acquisition,others were against that hypothesis. Consequently,the author makes a list of viewpoints on the Critical Period Hypothesis and new development on this hypothesis done by Chinese scholars.
