| 摘 要： | 通过剖析部分高职高专院校图书馆人力资源现状和现实工作的目标要求,论证了图书馆实施以人力资源管理为主要内容的组织变革的必要性,提出了现阶段高职高专图书馆运用现代人力资源管理理论进行组织变革的基本对策。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the present situation of the human resource and the tasks of actual work in some vocational college libraries,this paper proves the necessity of carrying out the organizational revolution in the library taking the human resource management as the main contents,and puts forward some basic countermeasures for developing the organizational revolution with the modern human resource management in the vocational college libraries at present. |
