膨润土在高水材料凝固硬化中的作用

摘    要:研究了膨润土在高水材料凝固硬化中的机理。由于膨润土在水中易分散为大量极微小的薄片,与棱柱状水化产物AFt一起构成絮凝结构网,封闭自由水,促使浆体凝固。絮凝结构形成后,膨润土因防碍晶体连生而对强度发展不利。

Abstract:The action mechanism of bentonite for setting and hardening of material with high water content is investigated.Because bentonite has excellent divisibility in water,it can be divided into many minute platelike particles.These particles form the flocculent structures together with prismatic hydrate AFt particles,which close down free waler and promote the paste to set.The presence of bentonite will be unlucky to the development of strength after the flocculent structure is formed because these bentonite particles will disturb hydrates to make a junction.
