喷丸强化连杆残余应力的测试与分析

摘    要:为比较滚筒抛丸机喷丸和悬挂式抛丸机喷丸在连杆表面产生的残余压应力的大小,用钻孔贴应变片法对喷丸强化连杆的表面残余应力进行了测试.结果表明:喷丸强化能够有效地在连杆表面产生残余压应力,且悬挂式抛丸机喷丸在连杆表面产生的残余压应力大于滚筒抛丸机喷丸引起的残余压应力.文中对测试误差来源也进行了探讨.

Abstract:In order to compare the magnitude of residual compressive stress in links caused by the rolling throw ing pills machine and the hanging throwing pills machine, the residual stresses were measured using strain gauge rosette by the drilling method. The result shows that shot peening can be used to cause residual compressive stress effectively, and that the residual compressive stress caused by the hanging throwing pills machine is higher than that caused by the rolling throwing pills machine. The cause of residual stress errors was also discussed.
