碱渣堵水的试验研究

摘    要:本文研究了用炼油厂碱渣和AlCl_3作用的生成物作油井堵水剂的机理,考察了碱法与AlCl_3反应生成的铝皂聚合体的性质以及反应时AlCl_3用量、温度和酸度对产物的影响。文中还通过动态模拟实验,研究了AlCl_3 用量、反应时间、矿化水和岩芯渗透率对堵塞效率的影响。实验证明,碱潭-AlCl_3是一种成本低、制作工艺简单、低腐蚀、耐高温、耐冲刷并具有一定选择性的堵剂,可用于高温油层。

Abstract:This article investigates the properties of aluminium soap polymers produced by reaction of caustic sludge and aluminium chloride. It also approaches the influence of the amount of aluminium chloride, temperature and acidity on the product. The effect of the used amount of aluminium chloride, reacting time, mineralized water and core permeability on the water plugging ratio were studied with dynamic simulated test. It is proved that caustic sludge-aluminium chloride is a plugging agent with some possible choices, low cost, simple in technology,little corrosion,high temperature and erosion resistance. The influencing factors of plugging efficiency have been discussed.
