| 摘 要： | 综合国内各大院校人才培养模式,并结合我院培养应用性人才定位的实际,我院应建立柔性化与个性自主选择的5＋3应用性人才培养模式,以更好地实现我院办学定位。柔性培养的柔性化表现为人才培养方案的柔性化和培养结果———人才的柔性化两个方面。5＋3是将人才培养方案分为两大部分：第一部分是理论知识的教育,用5个学期完成;第二部分为职业道德、专业素质、经验知识、专业综合能力的培养,用3个学期完成。
