| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of difficulties in college graduates' employment and statistical problems in employment rate.It presents conceptions of the government-driving,college-assisting,students' self-conscious registering and a full participation and support from the whole community to the statistics of employment rate,which may improve the difficulties of the current situation of college graduates' employment. |
