摘    要:针对同步碎石下封层的使用性能要求,提出了以层间抗剪强度作为设计指标的力学-经验设计法,采用McLeod经验法预估沥青用量,以预估的沥青用量作为中值成型5组不同沥青用量下的复合试件,进行了抗剪强度试验,以抗剪强度最大值对应的沥青用量作为最佳沥青用量;对只设置透层和透层+同步碎石封层的复合试件进行了抗剪、车辙和渗水对比试验。研究结果表明:力学-经验法设计的沥青用量比McLeod经验法降低约0.261kg/m2;相比透层复合试件,透层+同步碎石封层可提高复合试件的界面抗剪强度和车辙动稳定度约141%和27.6%,能够明显改善复合试件的抗渗性能。
