| 摘 要： | 伊斯兰国家人权观强调一切人权属于真主,在真主面前人人平等,世人享有终极和绝对的权利。伊斯兰国家的发展使其有自身的人权概念,并随之发展变化其内容是重视民众群体人权的整体精神,关切民众生存权的人爱精神,珍视民众生命权的人道精神。相应的伊斯兰法是伊斯兰国家人权的权利保护,又维护了各方面的利益。
