| 摘 要： | 中国传统哲学语用意识在汉英跨文化交际中对英语产生的冲击以及由此带来的两种英语变体———＂中国英语＂与＂中式英语＂,以此可以深入探讨＂怎样用地道的译入语表达原语所承载的文化＂这一译界长期命题提供新的视角。文章指出,中国英语也罢,中式英语也罢,它们的形成在很大程度上都与传统的中国哲学思想及表达方式在中国人潜意识中的存在有密切联系。这种思维方式根深蒂固地、同时又不易觉察地使中国人在英语学习、使用时对英语表达方式产生排斥和异化。中国英语之所以不是中式英语最重要的一个指数在于它克服了汉语思维模式的负迁移。
