| 摘 要： | 目的综述脐带绕颈的临床进展。方法查阅公开出版物，总结归纳脐带绕颈的临床特点。结果脐带绕颈对围生儿有不良影响，但不是剖宫产指征。结论加强产前和产时监护，选择最佳方式及时机分娩是降低围生儿死亡率及窒息率的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the clinical research progression of the circulor of umbilical cord. Methods：Adopting the method of medical literature retrieving, this paper summarized and analyzed the clinical characteristic of the circulor of umbilical cord. Results：The circulor of umbilical cord certainly has harmful effects on perineonate, but is not the indication of uterine-incision delivery. Conclusion： Reinforc- ing the antepartum and intrapartum screening and selecting the best way and opportunity to delivery are the effective measures to degrade the death rate and asphyxia rate of perineonate. |
