螺旋通道床超重力碳分法制备纳米拟薄水铝石

摘    要:以偏铝酸钠溶液和二氧化碳气体为原料,采用螺旋通道床超重力碳分法制备纳米拟薄水铝石粉体.介绍了拟薄水铝石形成机理和工艺条件,研究了添加表面活性剂、原料浓度以及气液比对粉体粒径的影响.利用TEM等检测方法对产品进行分析表征,结果表明该法可制得平均粒径约5 nm纤维状的纳米拟薄水铝石.

Abstract:Nanosized-pseudoboehmite powder was prepared by the RBHC-high gravitational reactive carbonation method from sodium aluminates solution and dioxide.Mechanism and process of the formation of pseudoboehmite were introduced.The influence of adding surface modifier,concentration of reactant and ratio of gas/liquid flow rate on pseudoboehmite particle size in the preparation was researched.The product was characterized by TEM.The prepared particles are pseudoboehmite nano-fibers with average diameter about 5 nm.
