超音速喷涂表面合金化的研究

摘    要:超音速喷涂表面合金化是近几年发展起来的一种崭新的表面强化处理工艺。这种工艺适用的喷涂材料几乎涵盖了全部固体材料。采用超音速喷涂时粒子撞击到工件表面的速度可达音速的数倍 ,在工件表面可以形成致密度高、无分层现象、粗糙度低的高质量涂层 ,可以大幅度提高工件的强度、硬度等性能 ,而且喷涂效率高、操作方便。本文采用实验的方法对超音速喷涂的机理与性能进行了研究 ,并与传统的火焰喷涂工艺进行了比较

Abstract:Supersonic spray coating is a newly developed surface alloying technique in recent years.This technique is suitable to almost all kinds of solid materials.The speed of the particles reaching the surface of the part can be several times of velocity of sound when the technique is applied.The coat is compact with no delamination and low roughness and can greatly improve the properties of parts such as intensity and hardness.The efficiency of supersonic spray coating is also high and operation easy.The mechanism and property of supersonic spray coating were studied through experiments and compared with that of traditional flame spray coating.
