| Abstract: | On the right form, the land-use fight of the residential quarter is represented as the use fight of the building-base and the use fight of the auxiliary base. On the main-body form, it represented as the use fight of the base surface and its upper and lower space, which mainly includes the use right of the roof platform space and the use right of the underground space, and each right has its special ownership and the use. |
