油气管道腐蚀断裂的机理分析

摘    要:基于油气管道表面微裂缝在应力和腐蚀耦合作用下的扩展机理,根据Charles-Hillig模型用数值方法模拟了裂缝的动态扩展过程。研究的重点是确定裂缝扩展时的形态以及可以避免应力腐蚀现象的载荷和环境条件。数值计算结果表明,确实存在一个临界条件(范围),当应力和腐蚀环境条件在该临界范围内时,油气管道可以避免腐蚀断裂破坏。同时还部分解释了普拉德霍湾(Prudhoe Bay)石油泄漏事故的起因。

Abstract:Based on the mechanisms for stress-assisted corrosion problem in oil-pipe system,authors have carried out numerical simulation,with application of Charles-Hillig Model1] to study the behavior of crack propagation,where the advanced front-tracking method has been employed for finite element mesh construction and re-construction.We have confirmed the existence of fatigue limit/threshold of the pipe,also observed some new surprising result,which is that the fatigue threshold is determined not only by the driving force for crack extension but also by the kinetics associated with the chemical reaction at the crack tip,which well explains the cause of Prudhoe Bay oil-leaking accident.
