植物过氧化物酶催化联二茴香胺氧化机理探讨

摘    要:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对大麦苗含硒过氧化物酶催化联二茴香胺-H2O2反应体系的主要氧化产物进行了分离纯化,并用UV,IR,MS和NMR进行了结构表征。实验结果表明:该体系的主要反应产物为联二茴香胺的二聚体。在此基础上,对含硒过氧化物酶催化联二茴香胺-H2O2反庆的机理作了进一步的推测。

Abstract:The H 2O 2 dependent oxidation and polymerization of O dianisidine catalyzed by selenium containing peroxidase from germinating barley are focused on. The isolation and purification of the products in the system are achieved by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure of major product is characterized by NMR, IR, UV and MS. The results show that under the studied condition, the product of o dianisidine H 2O 2 catalyzed by selenium containing peroxidase is a dimmer of o dianisidine. The reaction mechanism is discussed based on the product structure and the previous research results.
