CCTO陶瓷变压器的设计与性能

摘    要:一些手机充电器等电子设备中对变压器的变压比要求不高,但要求变压器具有工艺简单,成本低廉等优点。以CCTO为功能材料,依据物理学原理,设计并制作一种满足上述要求的陶瓷变压器,经测定其性能稳定,降压比为8~9,输入输出电压具有很好的线性关系,且价格低,易生产,能量转换率高,适用频率广,具有较广的应用前景。

Abstract:Some cell phone chargers and other electronic devices require that the chargers should be prepared by an easy and low-cost method.On physics principle,one kind of ceramics transformer was designed and prepared with ceramics material CCTO.Results indicated that the performance is stable with step-down ratio ranging from 8 to 9.The in-out voltage fulfills good lineal relationship.The efficiency of energy transition is high with wide frequency range,which may be applied to many fields.
