摘    要:以CY泵为例,从泵的原理和自冷却方式上对泵的使用寿命进行了研究,通过利用开路式泵原理对双端进油和双流道供油方法的改进,泵不但可以自润滑,还可以自冷却,泵壳温度远远低于改造前的泵,同时还省去了CY泵的泄漏回油管路,是一条降低泵温、提高泵的实际使用寿命的新途径。

Abstract:Taking a CY pump as an example, the service life of pumps is investigated in terms of operation principle and selfcooling manner of pumps. By means of improving the double-end oil feeding and double sprue-runner oil feeding according to the principle of open-circuit pumps, the pump can not only be oiled itself but cooled itself, also. Consequently, the temperature of pump is much more lower than that original pump,and the leakage return pipe of the CY pump can be saved,also. The method presented here is a new way to reduce pump temperature and improve practical service life of pumps.
