| 摘 要： | 利用IC卡技术和计算机网络技术建立了县级木材运输审批管理系统，介绍了该系统的网络结构、总体设计、系统功能。利用该系统可提高木材运输审批管理水平，减少差错率，提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the computer management system for examining wood transportation based on IC card and network technology.Its network architecture,overall design and system functions is introduced.The application of the system improves the management level of the examining wood transportation,reduces the error rate and raises working efficiency. |
