低氢高韧性焊条研制中有关理论的研究

摘    要:本文以50kg/mm~2级C-Mn,Ti-B及Ti-B-Ni焊条为基础,对其研制中涉及的几个理论问题进行了探讨,发现焊缝金属在低温断裂时,脆性裂纹启裂于第二相粒子;而在多层焊缝中,存在一个韧性薄弱环节区域,合金元素Mn,Ti,B,Ni均对薄弱环节处的组织形态和低温韧性有一定影响;在焊条药皮设计中,要调整CaCO_3加入量及脱氧剂的种类和加入量,同时保证合金元素的最佳含量,焊条才能具有高的低温韧性及良好的工艺性能;把B_2O_3预先稀释在耐吸潮添加剂中加入焊条药皮,既可保证B向熔敷金属中过渡的均匀性和稳定性,又可提高焊条的抗吸潮性。

Abstract:In this paper,the discussion on some main problems of manufacturing C-Mn,Ti-B,and Ti-B-Ni electrodes is presented. It is pound that the cleavage cracks iuitiate from the secondphase particles and there is a zone with the weakest toughness in the multipass weld metals. The amout of alloy elements,such as Mn,Ti,B, and Ni,have an influence on the mi-crostructure and toughness of this zone. In order to obtain high toughness of weld metals and optimum running characteristics of electrodes, it is necessary to adjust the type and amount of deoxidiser and CaCO3 in the coating and to keep the alloy composition of weld metals in the optimum range. By adding special moisture-resitant powder consisting of diluted B2O3 into the coating,not only the transfer stability and homogeneity of B into deposited metal but also the moisture-resistance o coating can be increased.
