摘    要:对工程分析数据进行可视化是产品设计师洞察所设计产品性能的有效途径,而目前的商品化CAE软件的可视化功能在交互方式存在局限性,用户难以感知大型复杂模型中较隐蔽的细节信息,从而大大约束了对产品和物理现象的观察。本文提出了一种创新的结合虚拟现实技术的工程分析数据可视化方法,将虚拟现实技术和工程分析数据的可视化有机结合起来,给出了该方法的实现原理并探讨了其中的一些关键技术,从而建立了各工程分析软件与虚拟现实环境之间的联系,最后在Powerwall虚拟现实系统上进行实例验证,并应用在工程实践中。

Abstract:To visualize engineering analysis data is a very efficient way for engineers to have insight into the performance of the designed products. However, the visualization function in popular CAE software has limitation in human-machine interaction which makes engineers hard to find the implicit and detailed data in a large complex model. Thus, it greatly circumscribes the observation of products. This article brings forward a creative method in engineering analysis data visualization which combined VR technology. The implementation principle and procedure are given in the article. It also discusses the key technology in this method and builds up a relationship between engineering analysis data and virtual environment. Last, we validate the method in a Powerwall VR system and put it into practice.
