| Abstract: | Their total compaction process needs to be optimized to produce high quality metal powderparts. The design requirements of the press, adapter and the control systems for modern powdercompaction presses are introduction. The composite structure for the CNC control systems is presented.The PID control scheme based on intelligent control and the method of automatic filling heightcorrection with the press curve are also discussed in detail. |
