摘    要:飞机轮毂是一个承受应力比较集中的部件,定期对轮毂螺栓进行无损检测对于确保飞机安全起降十分重要.本文改进磁力检测工艺规范,提高检测效率和精度,着重分析螺拴裂纹常见部位和报废率的变化规律,给维修和使用部门提出合理化建议,确保证轮毂使用安全.

Abstract:The aircraft wheel hub is a stress concentrated parts,regularly to the hub bolt nondestructive testing to ensure that the aircraft is very important for safe landing. Improved process specification for magnetic detection,improve the detection efficiency and accuracy analysis of crack that common location in bolt,discard changes rate,to repair and service departments put forward reasonable suggestions,in order to ensure the safe use of the hub.
